Multiplex HQ

Multiplex HQ redefines the corporate workplace, transforming 3,000 m² into a space that reflects the identity and ambition of one of Australia’s leading builders. Designed by BVN, the headquarters combines raw materiality with considered detailing — exposed concrete, galvanised steel, and warm timber elements create a balance of robustness and refinement, giving the space a distinctive character that feels both authentic and sophisticated.

Colliers

The Simon James team worked closely with designer and client to provide customised solutions for the collaborative areas and social hub in Colliers' new Auckland Headquarters at 188 Quay St.

ABN Leederville Workspace

ABN Leederville brings together workplace, retail, and community into a cohesive, forward-thinking precinct. Designed by Hassell and Woods Bagot, the multi-level headquarters consolidates over 900 staff into a single, purpose-built environment that balances scale with experience. The architecture displays strength and resilience through its industrial language, while the interiors introduce a more refined, contemporary sensibility - creating a workplace that feels both robust and considered.

Hobson Wealth

We worked closely with Julian Guthrie Architects and Danielle Bates Interior design to offer Hobson Wealth a comprehensive furniture package including all workstations and soft seating.

PwC Tower Lobby
