B:HIVE Designed by Jasmax. B:HIVE provides a flexible, community-focused workspace concept that balances functionality with thoughtful design. Located within the refurbished AIA House at Smales Farm, the expansive space emphasises natural light, biophilic elements, and industrial design features.
Colliers Head Office Auckland by Warren and Mahoney. The Simon James team worked closely with designer and client to provide customised solutions for the collaborative areas and social hub in Colliers' new Auckland Headquarters at 188 Quay St.
Russell McVeagh Client Floor by Emma Hofmann of Wim Studio. Perched on the 30th floor of Auckland Central's Vero Building, the Russell McVeagh Client Floor has been refitted by Emma Hofmann of interior practice Wim Studio, to reflect the acclaimed law firm's brand and clientele.
L’Oréal Workplace - Melbourne
Our partners in Melbourne District have teamed up Travis Walton Architecture on L'Oréal’s striking new workplace.ㅤA pared-back and highly refined interior, elevating staff experiences and setting a benchmark for future work environments. The refurbishment articulates key brand values through a materially-driven and detail-oriented approach, reinforcing the company’s ethos that beauty is synonymous with luxury and accessibility.
Paddington Square, Designed by RPBW Architects, a once-neglected site is transformed into a world-class gateway to one of London’s most historic stations. Paddington Square is a striking 17-storey building designed to complement its renowned neighbour, Paddington Station. Home to 14 floors of premium office space accommodating over 4,000 professionals, the building also features an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and retail destinations. This project reimagines the area 170 years after the opening of the historic station, thoughtfully designed and laid out to embody an understated elegance.
B:Hive by BVN Architecture and Jasmax. Located on the Smales Farm precinct, the client’s goal for B:HIVE was to create a progressive office space, with green sensibility. It provides a broader social hub, a far cry from a cold business park. The design aims to reflect the client’s ethical commitment with place-making and community connections.
