ABN Leederville Workspace

ABN Leederville brings together workplace, retail, and community into a cohesive, forward-thinking precinct. Designed by Hassell and Woods Bagot, the multi-level headquarters consolidates over 900 staff into a single, purpose-built environment that balances scale with experience. The architecture displays strength and resilience through its industrial language, while the interiors introduce a more refined, contemporary sensibility - creating a workplace that feels both robust and considered.

At its core, the workplace is designed for adaptability and connection. Flexible planning and interchangeable elements support a dynamic way of working, allowing spaces to evolve alongside the needs of the business. Beyond the office, the building extends into the public realm - activating surrounding laneways with hospitality, retail, and shared experiences, and contributing to the revitalisation of Leederville’s town centre.

Within this environment, the Underline Workstation and Arcade Sofa by Simon James integrate seamlessly into the broader design language. Defined by clean lines and a residential-like elegance, the system balances functionality with restraint - its modular components supporting both collaboration and focus. The result is a workplace defined by flexibility and intention, where architecture, interiors, and product work together as a cohesive whole.
