Multiplex HQ redefines the corporate workplace, transforming 3,000 m² into a space that reflects the identity and ambition of one of Australia’s leading builders. Designed by BVN, the headquarters combines raw materiality with considered detailing - exposed concrete, galvanised steel, and warm timber elements create a balance of robustness and refinement, giving the space a distinctive character that feels both authentic and sophisticated.

At the heart of the design is the Town Hall, a double‑height communal hub. Flexible and adaptable, it functions as a lunchroom, event space, lecture theatre, and breakout area. Circulation and visual connectivity are carefully choreographed through voids and sightlines, encouraging interaction while supporting diverse work modes from collaboration to quiet focus.
