The Sinafu 7.0 Stand Bowl by Morihata appears to float in midair on it's expertly turned, thin wooden stem. This bowl is made in Yamanaka Prefecture, where lacquering and woodworking techniques have sustained the craftsman population for centuries.
The Sinafu line of raised bowls were conceived with the help of designer Kenichiro Oomori and are intended to showcase the best characteristics of Yamanaka lacquerware. Use as a centrepiece or fruit bowl.

Established in 2005 by Kaz and Yuka Morihata, their intention is to introduce the makers and creators of Japan to the international market. All sale purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange. All sale goods are sold in as-new condition, however please note packaging may show signs of light wear.
Sale purchases are online only, stock will not be available at our retail locations.
