The Gem Clip Diamond Short Necklace by Jessica McCormack takes inspiration from the first version of today's paperclip. Playing on the idea of functionality and attachment, the chain is handcrafted in 18k rose gold with 18k blackened gold links, and a diamond pave-set rondelle of blackened white gold backed in yellow gold. Approximate carat weight is 0.22ct.
Easily worn as a statement piece, or layered alongisde the Ball n Chain Short Necklace.

Designer Profile
Jessica McCormack’s design process is centred on storytelling and nostalgia. She has an innate talent for weaving emotion and history into everything she touches, be it the Party Jacket collection or the ever-changing interiors in her London townhouse store.
Her childhood spent among the treasures and curiosities of her father’s auction house in New Zealand ignited her passion for exploring an objects past, and a year in the jewellery department at Sotheby’s cemented her passion for fine jewellery.
This led to her meeting diamantaire and art collector Michael Rosenfeld, which in turn enabled her to create one of a kind diamond jewellery for private clients and ultimately to create the house of Jessica McCormack as it is today.
