A set of four handwoven coasters from Tanchen Studio. 

 

Each set is inspired by a favourite food ingredient of the Tanchen Studio team. The Kombu colourway features patterns in an earthy green tone and black contrasting stripe. 

 

The coasters are hand-dyed in linen and cotton, then handwoven. They feature a tag in the corner for storing or drying. Mix and match with the Black Pair also available. 

 

Sold as a set of 4 in a paper case sealed with a cord tie.

TANCHEN Studio is a collaborative project between Sanchia Tan and Amber Chen. With a focus on textiles as the basis of their practice, and a focus on new materials and tactility. From their studios based in Singapore and Shanghai, TANCHEN create functional textiles that can be used as autonomous and artful elements within a living space. TANCHEN source and design mindfully and celebrate the potential of materials, craft, and techniques.

All sales purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange. All sale goods are sold in as-new condition, however please note packaging may show signs of light wear.

Sale purchases are online only, stock will not be available at our retail locations.

Sale purchases will be dispatched in chronological order. Please allow 3-5 days for dispatch at this busy time, and then standard shipping timeframes will apply. Same day shipping is not available for sale items. Freight for oversized or large items, domestic or international, may incur additional charges. This will be invoiced to you and must be paid before the goods are dispatched.
