If your size is not available, we may be able to assist with having a piece made to order, or resizing. The lead time for made to order is specific to each piece.

Tax Free Shopping

If you are planning to travel internationally for business or personal reasons, Simon James is happy to be able to offer tax free shopping on your next jewellery or fashion purchase. The process is simple, easy and best of all, tax free.

Available on purchases over $2000 in value, for international travel occurring within 3 months of the purchase date. We offer tax free shopping for travel departing from Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown Airports. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please contact us using the link below or speak to us in store.

Layby

We are able to offer 6-months layby terms on Jessica McCormack Jewellery, with the exception of Tax Free purchases.

Sale:

All sales purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange. All sale goods are sold in as-new condition, however please note packaging may show signs of light wear.

Sale purchases are online only, stock will not be available at our retail locations.

Sale purchases will be dispatched in chronological order. Please allow 3-5 days for dispatch at this busy time, and then standard shipping timeframes will apply. Same day shipping is not available for sale items. Freight for oversized or large items, domestic or international, may incur additional charges. This will be invoiced to you and must be paid before the goods are dispatched.

All jewellery is sent with tracked & expedited services. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all Jessica McCormack jewellery purchases within New Zealand & Australia.

For international orders tax will be automatically removed from the price of your item at checkout. Taxes and duties will be determined by the respective customs office and may vary from country to country. 



Returns:

For online orders, you may return or exchange any full priced product within 14 days of receipt of your original purchase. Please email us as soon as possible to let us know you will be returning your order at hello@simonjames.co.nz. Please click here for our full returns policy and process.
