The design introduces a contemporary, experience-led environment that balances professionalism with a more relaxed, lifestyle-driven approach to work. A considered mix of spatial planning and amenity creates a workplace that feels both functional and inviting.

The interior is organised to support a diverse range of working styles, with meeting rooms, quiet zones, flexible lounge areas, and a balcony-connected kitchen providing moments for both collaboration and retreat. This layered approach encourages movement and choice throughout the day, while integrated technology supports efficiency and adaptability. 

Within this setting, the Underline Workstation by Simon James integrates seamlessly into the broader design language. Defined by clarity and restraint, its modular form supports flexibility across the workspace, complementing the clean lines and contemporary palette.
