The SW19 Chair by New Design Group is a refined, high-density stacking chair designed for versatile commercial environments. Defined by its lightweight steel frame and compact footprint, the SW19 delivers exceptional durability without compromising on comfort.
Available with either a moulded veneered plywood seat and back or a fully upholstered seat and back, the SW19 offers the flexibility to suit a range of interior settings and material palettes. Both options are ergonomically formed to provide lasting comfort in high-use spaces.
Capable of stacking up to 40 chairs high, the SW19 is an ideal solution for conference venues, education, hospitality, and multipurpose spaces where efficient storage and everyday performance are essential.

Stocked Items
We offer a carefully curated collection of stocked items from the brands we represent, encompassing dining chairs, barstools, coffee and side tables, dining tables, lighting, outdoor furniture, beds, and a select range of upholstered items. These pieces are typically available for dispatch within 2-3 days of order confirmation.
New Zealand Made to Order
Many of our pieces, particularly upholstered items, are made to order, allowing us to create a product tailored specifically to your requirements. A wide range of fabric and leather options is available beyond the recommendations shown online. We are happy to discuss and curate material selections that best suit your space and lifestyle.

If changes are required, please contact us within one business day of placing your order. Beyond this timeframe, amendments may no longer be possible or may incur an additional fee.
Once your order has been received, our team will review the details and advise if there are any changes to the estimated lead time, including those relating to material availability or orders placed after Pre-Christmas manufacturing cut-off dates.
Otherwise, you will receive an order confirmation, and we will be in touch closer to completion to arrange collection or delivery.

Based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, their experienced factory team carries out the majority of manufacturing on site to ensure products of meticulous quality and custom flexibility.
Working with small group of furniture designers, products are design-led, with functionality, longevity and sustainability front of mind.

Shipping and Returns
Collection
We ship furniture and lighting orders nationwide within New Zealand. These are either shipped with a selected courier or fragile freight carrier, with the pricing dependent on the location, size and weight of the item/s. The total freight will be calculated at checkout for your order. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for rural, low service or difficult access.
We offer free collection from our Auckland Warehouse in Eden Terrace on Monday-Friday. Saturday collection of smaller items can be pre-arranged before end of day Thursday via our Furniture & Lighting Showroom.
Returns
Made to order or imported products are made to your unique requirements and cannot be cancelled after one business day from placing the order.
In stock product can be returned within 14 days, for a credit or exchange. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Products must be returned unused, with all original packaging and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our requirements.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the products received were damaged/faulty.
Sale
All sale purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange. All sale goods are sold in as-new condition, however please note packaging may show signs of light wear.
Sale purchases are online only, stock will not be available at our retail locations.
Sale purchases will be dispatched in chronological order. Please allow 3-5 days for dispatch at this busy time, and then standard shipping timeframes will apply. Same day shipping is not available for sale items. Freight for oversized or large items, domestic or international, may incur additional charges. This will be invoiced to you and must be paid before the goods are dispatched.
