Designed by Jasmax, B:HIVE+ provides a flexible, community-focused workspace concept that balances functionality with thoughtful design. Located within the refurbished AIA House at Smales Farm, the expansive space emphasises natural light, biophilic elements, and industrial design features.

Sustainability is central to the project, with upgraded building systems and carefully chosen materials aimed at reducing environmental impact and achieving a targeted 5-Star NABERSNZ rating.

A selection of furniture from Simon James, Mattiazzi, and Massproductions brings animated colour and refined seating profiles to shared and flexible workspaces, complementing the environment’s adaptable and inclusive design.
