Additonal Freight Charges and Rural Deliveries
* For large, heavy, or fragile items we reserve the right to charge extra for freight.
* Most individual product pages will say if an item is oversized - this will be noted in the description. Please note, not every item will have this update in the notes, so we may still contact you for additional freight if the item falls into one of these oversize categories - heavy, large or fragile.
* We will contact you with a freight quote after you place your order and before dispatch.
* Rural deliveries - we will contact you with a freight quote if your address falls outside of our standard postage areas. You also have the option to provide us with a local post shop or town nearby to send this to, to avoid these additonal rural freight charges.
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours and business days. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including relevant tracking details. Please note that sale items will occasionally incur a slight delay in processing.
At check-out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to receive your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

How does Pre-order work?
Some items are available for pre-order and are marked accordingly with Pre-order in the title. Your payment will be processed in full at the time of purchase, and when the item is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information for the shipment. Any other (non-pre-order) items in your order will ship separately. If you would like further information on a pre-order item, including delivery dates, please contact us. This is a wonderful service that ensures you do not miss out on your desired or limited item!
Furniture and Lighting Shipping
We ship online furniture and lighting orders nationwide within New Zealand. These are either shipped with a selected courier or fragile freight carrier, with the pricing dependent on the size and weight of the item/s. We offer free collection from our Auckland Warehouse in Eden Terrace/Newton.
Delivery time will vary depending on the location and size of the product. In stock items will be dispatched within two working days. For made to order products, we will contact you near completion to arrange delivery.
For large items, Auckland deliveries include placement inside your home and outside of Auckland is a door to door service.
* For rural locations or difficult access we reserve the right to charge extra for freight. Please contact us if you would like a quote or have any questions.
You may return any product, with the exception of made to order and sale items, within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in its original condition. We will process your exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels up to date, there is a possibility the item, size, or colour, you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this unlikely event, we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement.
No returns on sale items, no exceptions. All sale items are sold as is and may have slight wear from being on the shop floor. If you would like to know the condition of a specific item please contact us prior to purchase.
Made to Order items
No returns on made to order furniture items, no exceptions. All made to order items are produced to your specifications from the point of ordering. If you have any concerns or changes for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will endeavour to accommodate these.
How do I return an item?
To ensure the quickest turnaround time of your return, email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide details of the date of purchase and order number, along with the reason for return. You will then be asked to return your item via tracked shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
